Cyril RogerExecutive Chairman A graduate engineer from Centrale Lyon and TĂ©lĂ©com Paris, Cyril Roger began his career in the telecommunications and temporary staffing sectors (Adecco, Olsten). Read full biographyCyril Roger, Executive Chairman of SEGULA Technologies, holds engineering degrees from Telecom Paris and the Ăcole Centrale de Lyon. Following initial experience in telecommunications and temporary staffing (Adecco, Olsten), he became Chairman of the Management Board of SEGULA Technologies in 1999. Under his leadership, the group grew into an independent engineering leader, with revenue increasing from 23 million euros to 425 million euros and the workforce expanding from 380 to 5,600 employees. Notably, he oversaw more than 53 acquisitions across nearly 10 countries in 6 years. In 2006, he was appointed to Altran’s Executive Committee, later becoming CEO for Europe, where Altran outperformed its competitors in profitability. From 2019 to 2025, he developed two entrepreneurial ventures, Valinor and SMART 4 Engineering. In 2025, Cyril Roger returned to SEGULA Technologies as Executive Chairman. He brings rare expertise in technological needsâparticularly digital technologyâas well as valuable high-level connections within Europe’s largest industrial groups to both the group and its clients. |

Sonia FosseExecutive Vice President, Secretary General, Talent, Communication and CSR Following a career in R&D and energy at Enedis and Areva (Orano), Sonia Fosse joined SEGULA Technologies in 2019, holding executive, regional, and human resources management roles. She now serves as the Group’s Executive Vice President, Secretary General, Talent, Communication and CSR. In this capacity, she plays a central role in the group’s cultural and managerial transformation. Read full biographyAn engineer by training with degrees in Materials Science from both France and the United States, Sonia Fosse also holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources. She began her professional life in Research & Development and the energy sector, working notably for Enedis and Areva (Orano) in France and the United States. She joined SEGULA Technologies in 2019 as Chief of Staff to the CEO, later holding various executive roles in regional management and human resources. In 2025, she was appointed Executive Vice President in charge of General Secretariat, Communication, CSR, and Talent Development, confirming her pivotal role in leading the group’s cultural and managerial transformation. In 2024, Sonia Fosse also served as an Advisor to the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, handling Sovereignty, Green Economy, and Digital matters. |
Ăric BazileExecutive Vice President Finance, Tax & Purchasing Ăric Bazile joined SEGULA Technologies in May 2025 to head the Finance, Tax, and Purchasing functions. He brings over 30 years of international experience in managing and transforming financial and support functions, acquired first in industry and later in IT services. He leads all Finance, Tax, and Purchasing operations for the Group, with the mission of supporting corporate growth, strengthening financial performance, and backing international business transformations. A graduate of ESCP and a certified public accountant, Ăric Bazile possesses over 30 years of experience leading and transforming international financial and support functions. He started his career in auditing before taking on several Chief Financial Officer roles within global groups. He initially developed his expertise in the industrial sector at Bosch, and later in digital services at Econocom, where he contributed to structuring and modernizing financial organizations in fast-evolving international environments. |
Vincent ChipExecutive Vice President, Automotive Global Business and Group Marketing An alumnus of the Ăcole Polytechnique and a member of the Corps des Mines, Vincent Chip held key responsibilities at the Ministry of Finance before joining SEGULA Technologies in 2018, where he successively led the Asia-Pacific, and then the Europe and Africa regions. He will now drive the global development of the Group’s automotive activities as well as its marketing strategy. Read full biographyA graduate of the Ăcole Polytechnique and an engineer of the Corps des Mines, Vincent Chip started his career within the Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Finance, where he held several responsibilities in transport, energy, employment, and industrial development. He joined SEGULA Technologies in 2018 to manage the Asia-Pacific region, where he strengthened the Group’s presence in the automotive, aerospace, naval, rail, and energy sectors. In 2021, he took over the Europe region, which he later expanded to include Africa in 2023. Appointed Executive Vice President, Automotive Global Business and Group Marketing of SEGULA Technologies in November 2025, he will bring to the Group his expertise in international markets, his understanding of global industrial challenges, and his ability to deploy growth-generating commercial and marketing strategies. |
Arnaud LonguefosseExecutive Vice President Aerospace Global Business Arriving at SEGULA Technologies in 2022, where he managed the business and strategic development of the Aerospace sector in France, Arnaud Longuefosse is now responsible for the Group’s global strategy and business development in aerospace. A graduate of the Ăcole Nationale SupĂ©rieure dâArts et MĂ©tiers and ESSEC, Arnaud Longuefosse brings more than twenty years of experience in aeronautics and industrial services. David LandierExecutive Vice President Energy & Utilities Global Business A graduate of the Ăcole Polytechnique and a member of the Corps des Mines, David Landier joined SEGULA Technologies in 2019. In 2025, he became the Group’s Executive Vice President in charge of global development for the Energy sector. He has 25 years of recognized experience in nuclear oversight, network development, and large-scale industrial programs. JosĂ© Ăngel MartĂn HernĂĄndezExecutive Vice President RAIL Global Business JosĂ© Ăngel MartĂn HernĂĄndez has served as Executive Vice President of the global rail division of SEGULA Technologies since December 2025. For over 25 years, he has led modernization projects for rolling stock, infrastructure, and rail networks, and has driven the implementation of advanced technological solutions. Adrien GuilleminExecutive Vice President Asia, Pacific & Americas Adrien Guillemin has managed the Americas region since 2023 and, since 2025, has expanded his scope to include the Asia region. Having joined the Group in 2016 after starting his career at the Treasury, he notably handled mergers and acquisitions before playing a decisive role in developing the Group’s offshore service centers. Franck VigotExecutive Vice President, Global Delivery & Technical Operations A graduate of the Ăcole Centrale de Nantes, Franck Vigot is Executive Vice President in charge of overseeing all the Group’s technical operations and overall delivery performance. He began his career at PSA before joining SEGULA Technologies in 2014, where he previously held the position of President of the Automotive Department. Read full biographyA graduate of the Ăcole Centrale de Nantes, Franck Vigot built his career within the PSA Group, where he successively held roles as project manager, head of perceived quality, and then global industrial business line director. He acquired comprehensive mastery of product, process, and industrial performance challenges there. He joined SEGULA Technologies in 2014, becoming President of the Automotive Department for France, then Europe, and finally Worldwide in 2021. In this role, he strengthened commercial and technical performance, execution quality, and program reliability. His appointment as Executive Vice President, Global Delivery & Technical Operations is a seamless continuation of this path. Franck Vigot brings to the Group his expertise in managing complex programs and industrial operations, which lie at the heart of technical and delivery performance. |
Richard DemoucelleGroup Industrial Executive Vice President A specialist in large-scale international industrial programs, Richard Demoucelle joined SEGULA Technologies in 2022 after a solid executive career spent between Europe and North America. At the head of the global Industrial Division, he now drives operational performance and the major challenges of scaling up production across the Group’s factories. After contributing to the development of several major players in the aerospace sector, he joined SEGULA Technologies in 2022 to grow the Group’s aerospace activities on a global scale. As Group Industrial Executive Vice President, Richard Demoucelle now oversees a new Industrial Division that brings together the Group’s Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, Production Services, and Production operations, notably including factories in France and Romania as well as the newly created Advanced Industrialization and MRO Center of Excellence. Recognized for his expertise in large international industrial programs, his culture of execution, and his mastery of production ramp-up challenges, Richard Demoucelle will apply his experience to reinforcing SEGULA Technologies’ industrial and operational capabilities. |

Werner Ferreira da SilvaEVP, Northern & Central Europe – CEO Germany Werner Ferreira da Silva joined SEGULA Technologies in November 2025 to head the Northern and Central Europe regions as well as the executive presidency of our operations in Germany. Formerly with Capgemini, he possesses excellent knowledge of this area and a long track record of supporting organizations through complex industrial transformations. Abdelilah FaroukExecutive Vice President MEA After successfully leading the Group’s growth in Morocco to turn it into a strategic industrial hub, Abdelilah Farouk joined the Executive Committee as Executive Vice President MEA. Today, he channels his 25 years of complex engineering expertise into the transformation and deployment of SEGULA Technologies throughout the Middle East & Africa region. He built his career between Europe and Morocco, where he held executive positions in engineering, industrialization, complex project management, and the development of international organizations. After working within major global industrial and engineering groups, notably Renault-Nissan, Altran, and Capgemini Engineering, he joined SEGULA Technologies in 2020 as CEO & Country Manager Morocco. Under his leadership, SEGULA Technologies sharply accelerated its expansion in Morocco, which in just a few years became a strategic hub for the Group in engineering, industrialization, and factory operations. This momentum allowed the Group to strengthen its capacity to support major international manufacturers across several strategic sectors such as automotive, energy, rail, aerospace, and defense. As Executive Vice President MEA, Abdelilah Farouk now oversees the development of SEGULA Technologies’ activities across the Middle East & Africa region. His experience in global industrial environments, his understanding of transformation challenges, and his ability to structure high-growth organizations will help drive the Group’s international expansion. |
