By judgments dated February 12, 2026, the Economic Activities Court of Nanterre, having confirmed that all statutory conditions for this purpose were met, approved the accelerated safeguard plan for two companies of the SEGULA Technologies group (SEGULA Holding and SEGULA Technologies), as presented at the hearing held on 29 January 2026.
Cyril Roger, Executive President of SEGULA Technologies, stated: “This is a decisive milestone for the SEGULA Group. Thanks to the support of our creditors, the State, and our future reference shareholders, we will now have a solid financial foundation capable of supporting our long-term development. We will therefore be able to continue putting our expertise at the service of our clients and to strengthen our position as a global leader in advanced industrial engineering.”
As a reminder, the transactions contemplated under this plan will strengthen the Group’s financial structure through a takeover by funds managed by Eurazeo and Eiffel Investment Group, as well as a substantial reduction of its indebtedness.
Eurazeo and Eiffel Investment Group stated: “We are convinced of the relevance of SEGULA’s positioning to support its French and international industrial clients in helping them seize the opportunities of a changing world. We will support the Group’s structuring efforts, enabling it to capture the many growth opportunities available in its core markets.”
This milestone forms part of a broader transformation dynamic within the Group, marked by the implementation of new governance and the rollout of structuring initiatives aimed at strengthening operational excellence, organizational efficiency, and strategic execution on an international scale.
The Economic Activities Court of Nanterre has appointed SELARL FHBX, represented by Mr. Benjamin Tamboise, as trustee in charge of overseeing the implementation of the plan, who will be responsible for ensuring its proper implementation.
The restructuring transactions provided for are expected to be completed from April 2026, subject to obtaining all customary required regulatory approvals.
Thanks to this Court decision, the SEGULA Group will now benefit from a secure legal framework and a strengthened financial position to implement its strategy and business plan through to 2030, in the interest of all its stakeholders (clients, suppliers, employees, and creditors).
