Already serving as Managing Director Morocco, Abdelilah Farouk has been appointed EVP of the MEA region (Middle East & Africa). A long-standing member of the Group, he has led the strong growth of SEGULA Technologies’ operations in Morocco, which has become one of the Group’s major hubs for engineering and industrialisation.

Under his leadership, SEGULA Technologies has significantly expanded its ability to support major international industrial players across strategic sectors including automotive, energy, rail, aerospace and defence.

His appointment to the Executive Committee reflects the Group’s continued development across the MEA region and reinforces the international reach of its governance.

Richard Demoucelle joins the Executive Committee as Group EVP Industrial. He takes responsibility for a newly created industrial division bringing together the Group’s Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, Production Services and Production activities, including the plants in France and Romania as well as the newly established Advanced Industrialisation Centre of Excellence.

This development reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening its industrial model to help clients navigate growing challenges around production ramp-up, operational performance and programme complexity.
