The Work Analyst’s role is to improve the productivity, safety and efficiency of a company.
To do this, the analyst defines procedures and manufacturing processes for industrial projects, calculates production costs and task completion times and suggests improvements.
The analyst is also responsible for optimising lead times and the use of production means while reducing costs.
