A new Group Executive Board
Since November 15, 2025, the SEGULA Technologies Group’s Executive Board, headed up by Cyril Roger, Executive Chairman since September 1, 2025, has been restructured to support the Group’s new momentum, consolidate its positions in key markets, ramp up international growth and develop talent. It comprises the following members:
Éric Bazile – EVP Finance, Tax and Purchasing
Éric Bazile has over 30 years’ experience in the management and transformation of international finance and support functions, first in industry with Bosch, then in IT services with Econocom. A graduate of ESCP Business School and a chartered accountant, he is recognized for his ability to turn finance and support functions into genuine levers of performance and value creation, strengthening operations.
Sonia Fosse – EVP Secretary General, Talent, Communication and CSR
Sonia Fosse holds an engineering degree in Materials Science and an Executive MBA in Human Resources. After a career in R&D and energy at Enedis and Areva (Orano), she joined SEGULA in 2019, where she has held management positions at head office, in the regions and in human resources. In 2024, she was also advisor to the French Minister of the Economy, Finance, and Industrial Sovereignty.
Werner Ferreira – EVP Northern and Central Europe and Germany
A graduate of Arts et Métiers Institute of Technology, Werner Ferreira held a number of general management positions at Capgemini Engineering (formerly Altran), where he steered operations in Northern and Central Europe and drove the strategic turnaround of activities in Germany. He has also held executive positions at AKKA Technologies, Technology & Strategy and several Altran subsidiaries, developing recognized expertise in transformation management, operational performance, and market development. Joining SEGULA Technologies today, his role will be to develop the Group’s activities in Northern and Central Europe, while contributing to its overall strategic transformation and the consolidation of sustainable growth based on trust and operational excellence.
Adrien Guillemin – EVP Asia, Pacific & Americas
A graduate of Sciences Po and ENS Paris-Saclay, Adrien Guillemin began his career at the French Treasury before joining SEGULA in 2016. There, he supported the Group’s management and M&A projects, then steered the development of Offshore Delivery Centers, which he transformed into a key competitive asset. Since 2023, he has headed up the Americas region and is now extending his scope to Asia.
Pierre Maciejowski – EVP – MEA, Transversal Business, Assets management & innovation
With over twenty years’ international experience in the technology, defense and transport sectors, Pierre Maciejowski joined SEGULA in 2016 to develop the business in Australia before heading up the Asia-Pacific and Middle East zone. He now oversees MEA activities as well as Transversal Business and R&D.
Franck Vigot – EVP Global Delivery & Technical Operations
A graduate of the Centrale Nantes, Franck Vigot began his career with PSA before joining SEGULA in 2014 to steer all the Group’s automotive activities as Chairman of the Automotive Department. He now oversees all the Group’s technical operations and the overall performance of delivery.
Vincent Chip – EVP Automotive Global Business and Group Marketing
An alumnus of the École Polytechnique and member of the Corps des Mines, Vincent Chip held key responsibilities at the French Ministry of Finance before joining SEGULA in 2018, where he successively oversaw the Asia-Pacific and then Europe and Africa zones. He will now lead the global development of the Group’s automotive activities, as well as its marketing strategy.
Arnaud Longuefosse – EVP Aerospace Global Business
A graduate of Arts et Métiers Institute of Technology and ESSEC Business School, Arnaud Longuefosse brings over twenty years’ experience in aeronautics and industrial services. Having joined SEGULA in 2022, where he was in charge of strategic and sales development for the Aerospace sector in France, he will now be responsible for the Group’s global strategy and business development in aerospace.
David Landier – EVP Energy & Utilities Global Business
A graduate of École Polytechnique and IESE Business school, and a member of the Corps des Mines, David Landier held a number of senior positions in the nuclear, environment and power grid sectors before joining SEGULA in 2019 as Chief of Staff to the Executive Board, then Director of Industries in France. As the Group’s Executive Vice President, Energy & Utilities Global Business, he now oversees the worldwide development of the Energy sector.
Jose Angel MartĂn Hernández – EVP Rail Global Business
An industrial engineer and holder of an Executive MBA, José Angel Martin Hernandez worked for SEGULA Technologies for over 20 years, where he developed the company’s activities in Spain and then built up the group’s rail business, whose international expansion he has been leading since 2017. As Executive Vice President Rail Global Business, he will oversee the global strategy and development of the rail business.
As Executive Chairman of the Group, Cyril Roger directly manages SEGULA’s activities in France and Southern Europe.
SEGULA to create global centers of excellence in line with its 2030 strategy
To accelerate and consolidate its growth, SEGULA Technologies intends to build on its technical foundations. It has unique and recognized engineering expertise, which it plans to fully leverage to boost its performance and create even greater value for its clients.
In the coming months, the Executive Board will be undertaking in-depth work to identify and structure global centers of excellence, which will be able, within the framework of specific governance, to engage its clients on an international level.
