My role at SEGULA Technologies:

I joined SEGULA in May 2018 as a recruitment officer at the Cherbourg branch.

I recruit profiles mainly in the naval, energy and rail sectors.

With my colleagues Estelle (based in Saint-Nazaire), Zdenka and Julie (based in Le Havre), Coralie (based in Montoir-de-Bretagne) and Laurine, a trainee who works alongside me in Cherbourg, we share the recruitment of the Western branch, which reports to Nicolas Leluan.

Professional experience:

After graduating with a technology university degree in marketing techniques, I started my career as a customer advisor and then as an administrative assistant before resuming my studies in the field of Human Resources.

After obtaining a professional degree in Human Resources, I joined the Orano group in general HR functions, before specialising in recruitment, a field in which I am fully fulfilled.

My best project:

I have had the opportunity to take part in some great projects since joining SEGULA in 2018:

• The organisation of a job dating event in Cherbourg,
• And also the support of a work-study student each year… it’s a job that’s close to my heart and one that I really enjoy.

My greatest achievement:

Professionally, I would say that it is working for the industry sector, a demanding and exciting field in which I learn every day.

I have discovered many different professions, various sectors of activity, each with its own particularity…

I would very much like to continue my career in this field.

My greatest passion:

Animals. There is a quote from Ghandi that reflects my way of thinking: “You can tell the value of a people by the way they treat animals”.

My biggest dream:

To travel around the world and meet inspiring people.
