SEGULA recognised as an attractive group for recruiting talent

SEGULA is ranked 67th out of 100 in the PotentialPark ranking, which recognises the most innovative companies in their digital practices to attract young talent.

This is great news for SEGULA Technologies, which has entered the PotentialPark rankings for the first time at number 67.

 

This ranking, based on the scores of students and recent graduates from engineering schools, business schools and universities, rewards companies that implement innovative practices to attract future talent.

 

The Engineering Group was particularly praised for its management of professional platforms (Glassdor, LinkedIn and Indeed) and for its online recruitment process via the SEGULA Careers site.

 

This is a great recognition for the group, which stood out from the thousands of companies audited, and which joins major groups such as EDF, Airbus, Bouygues and Michelin in the ranking!

Why was SEGULA selected to enter the ranking?

 

First and foremost, I am proud that SEGULA has been included in the ranking!

 

We have been selected from the panel of companies audited for the quality of our actions in the areas that are most important to the young talent who are also our future employees:

 

  • the quality of our careers site, which includes numerous illustrations of our businesses and presentations of our teams, so that they can experience what it is like to be an employee of the Group;
  • the efficiency of the online application process, which is simple and fast in order to provide the best experience for the candidate;
  • and finally the awareness of our Employer Brand on professional platforms, through which we open the doors of the company to those who wish to know more about the Group and its employees.

 

What does this ranking bring to the Group?

 

First of all, this ranking gives our candidates visibility on the quality of our digital practices. Before joining us, they can learn more about our values, our businesses and our projects in a transparent manner; in order to facilitate their projection into the corporate world.

 

This is also an important recognition of the quality work undertaken by SEGULA’s teams and valued by a panel of several thousand students and young graduates; proof that our strategy of focusing on the candidate experience is a source of satisfaction for them.

 

What will be the next steps in SEGULA’s actions?

 

This year, we will be working on even more interactivity on our Careers site, which is visited by thousands of candidates every week, with the strengthening of direct contact between our candidates and our ambassadors, a unique opportunity to ask questions, discover their experiences and obtain advice.

 

We will continue to highlight our jobs through the “unexpected jobs” series, which began in 2022.

 

Finally, we will continue to optimise our recruitment process and keep in touch with our candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth integration. To this end, we can rely on our digital pre-boarding platform, which is available in several languages and which accompanies each future talent in their first steps at SEGULA.
