This milestone marks the completion of the financial restructuring operations agreed under the Accelerated Safeguard Plan approved on February 12, 2026, by the Nanterre Economic Activities Court, under which funds managed by Eurazeo and Eiffel Investment Group now hold 99% of the Groupâs share capital ad 100% of its voting rights. The transaction also includes the establishment of a new Supervisory Board.
SEGULA Technologies is thus entering a new chapter in its history and intends to accelerate its development in France and internationally, at a time when technological excellence is more than ever a key success factor for industry. For decades, SEGULA Technologies has supported the technological development of major industrial sectors. Today, the Group is a leading French industrial engineering company serving the automotive, aerospace, rail, energy, naval and defense sectors.

âI am very proud of the work accomplished over the past few months to put SEGULA Technologies back on the path to profitable growth, within a stabilized shareholder structure. I would like to thank Eurazeo and Eiffel Investment Group for the confidence they have placed in SEGULA Technologies and for choosing to support us in our renewal. âAudacity as a Legacyâ⊠This definition of ourselves expresses the very soul of our company. Audacity means challenging conventional wisdom, setting high standards and being fully committed to finding the most innovative and operational solutions. Legacy is the knowledge we have inherited from those who came before us and that we are committed to passing on. I know that Pierre and the other members of the Supervisory Board will be valuable supporters throughout this journey.â
Cyril Roger, Executive Chairman of SEGULA Technologies
âI have every confidence in Cyril, whose energy and professionalism I have long appreciated.
Together with his team, he will successfully lead this new phase of growth for SEGULA Technologies, which enjoys an excellent technical reputation, particularly in key industrial sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy and transportation, with which the members of the Supervisory Board are very familiar.
